The Phanteks PH-TC90LS

Figure 4 illustrates the front of the heatsink. The fins are painted white. Phanteks calls this painting P.A.T.S. (Physical Antioxidant Thermal Shield) technology, claiming it deflects the heat coming from other hot parts of the computer.

Figure 5 reveals the side of the cooler. Notice that there are no visible heatpipes.
