The Front Panel
Hardware Secrets Golden Award

On its front panel, the Corsair Vengeance C70 has three external 5.25” bays, using solid covers. The case doesn’t come with fans on its front panel, but it supports the installation of two 120 mm models. See Figure 5. This is not a drawback, as the case has two 120 mm fans installed at the opposite side of the hard drive cages. There is an air filter on the front panel mesh.

The case comes with two USB 3.0 ports and the traditional audio jacks on the top side of the front panel. The power and reset buttons are also inspired by military equipment, creating a terrific harmony with the rest of the case. The USB 3.0 ports use an internal USB 3.0 connector, but the case comes with a USB 2.0 adapter, allowing you to install the USB 3.0 ports to a USB 2.0 header.
