| Introduction |
 Cooler Master is announcing today its latest addition to the HAF case series, the HAF XM, which is a mid-tower model with eight expansion slots and several interesting features. Let’s check it out.  click to enlarge Figure 1: Cooler Master HAF XM case

One of the highlights of this case is the presence of a latch for you to remove its left panel. However, you still need to remove two thumbscrews located on the rear panel before removing the left panel. The left panel is meshed and supports the installation of one 200 mm fan or two 140 mm fans. There is an air filter attached to this mesh, but this filter uses large holes. If it used smaller holes, it would probably decrease the airflow.  click to enlarge Figure 3: Left panel
