We decided to disassemble this power supply to see what it looks like inside, how it is designed, and what components are used. Please read our Anatomy of Switching Power Supplies tutorial to understand how a power supply works and to compare this power supply to others.

The printed circuit board used on Fatal1ty 700 W is identical to the one used by EliteXstream 1,000 W, but using different components, as we will explore during our review.
