Phenom II X3 CPUs are the triple-core Phenom processors manufactured using the 45 nm process, having a 6 MB L3 cache and supporting DDR3 memories (when installed on socket AM3 motherboards). These CPUs can also be installed on certified socket AM2+ motherboards, where they can use DDR2 memories. In the table below, we have listed all models available so far.
