Introduction

Extreme Spirit II (CL-C0034) is Thermaltake’s latest release: an all-copper north bridge cooler, featuring a heat-pipe that, according to the manufacturer, can be installed on any north bridge chip. Let’s take a look on it.

As you can see on the pictures below, the cooler fan is perpendicularly installed in relation to its base, cooling down its small heatsink. This product has two heat-pipes that connect its base to its heatsink.

According to Thermaltake, the base clip is universal, compatible with all north bridge chips and motherboards available on the market. What makes this product unique is that its clip can be freely rotated. This means that you can change the position of its fan/radiator if a video card or a hard disk drive touches it.

The product fan glows blue when it is turned on.
